Commission based pricing from 12% of your rental revenue, whilst other companies are charging anywhere from 15-25% ! We charge 12%. You will be invoiced this at end of each month invoice will include all additional charges such as cleaning fees and maintenance call out fees (if any) you will also receive breakdown for amount of cleans and costs and maintenance call outs so you know you wont be overcharged! you simply just have to pay it. Any and all booking revenue goes directly from OTA platforms to your bank. This insures that you are in control of the properties cashflow and this makes it more secure for yourself.
