ONBOARDING PROCESS:
Checking property details
Sending us your property details so we can evaluate if it is suitable to onboard! We will share estimated earnings report we predict the property can revenue. We will also check if location is worth while and suitable condition to onboard! We do not just onboard everything and anything!
Viewing the property!
After we have determined that the property on figures and location is suitable and would work for both parties we would setup a viewing of your property so we can see the state and condition of your property and size
Agreement contract
Once we have conducted the viewing we will send you a template of our management agreement! This would include our fee structure, length of management, notice periods and pre planned setup work agreed beforehand. If you would want any clauses or changed more than happy to share suggestions! Our contracts are flexible to suit you!
Listing and making your property live
Once the agreement has been signed by both parties we will start the listing process: Taking professional photos setting up and staging the apartment/house setting up the check-in procedures eg lockboxes videos for guests then finally listing your property live of which then will be ready to start accepting guests and bookings!
